Global Payroll Lead (UK) - Compliance & Automation

Kernel is seeking an experienced Global Payroll Officer to own the UK payroll process and assist with international payroll activities across Europe and APAC. The role reports to the Global Payroll Manager and emphasizes accurate delivery, controls and ongoing transformation within a multinational environment.

You will partner with HR, Finance, and external providers, driving efficiency and compliance while supporting multiple country payrolls in a fast-paced setting.
