Global People Leader for Foundation Operations

Luminate is seeking a Senior Manager, People to lead the People function for a globally distributed workforce from London, United Kingdom. You will advise leaders, manage external providers, and balance strategy with hands-on delivery to support the organization’s mission.

As part of the Operations team, you will steward fair and scalable people practices, covering workforce planning, recruitment, performance, wellbeing, and data-informed decision making for a diverse staff across regions.
