Global Product Leader — Automation & Platform Strategy

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Product Manager to lead the transformation of the Compleat platform. You will embed a Product Management mindset, adopt Agile and Scrum, and establish a clear vision and strategic purpose for Compleat over the next two years.

You will monitor automation platforms, align with Order Management automation strategy, product roadmaps, and future technology vision. Lead the transition from regional to globally governed product across USA, Europe, and Asia.
