Global PSA Change Lead for Enterprise Transformation

Jobtailor in Leeds is seeking a senior Change Management professional to lead the global Certinia PSA programme change strategy. You will assess impacts, craft integrated plans, and partner with programme leadership to align activities with milestones.

You will build stakeholder relationships, develop communications, train readiness, measure adoption, and drive business readiness across regions. Experience with large-scale transformations and enterprise SaaS like Certinia PSA is preferred.
