Global Rewards & Equity Architect

Volta is seeking a Head of Total Rewards to build and scale our global reward framework. You will own compensation, equity and benefits programs across multiple countries, partnering with Finance and the Executive Team to drive governance, cost discipline and competitive total rewards.

As the first dedicated rewards expert, you’ll design salary bands, benefit strategies, equity guidelines and the annual review cycle, ensuring consistency and compliance while enabling rapid international growth.
