Global SaaS Support Lead - Tax Tech

EY is seeking a Global SaaS Support Assistant Manager to deliver advanced technical support for EY’s tax technology SaaS platforms. You will troubleshoot complex issues, engage with product and tax teams, and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction.
