Global SaaS Support Lead – Tax Tech

EY is expanding its SaaS Centre of Excellence in the UK to deliver support for EY's tax technology platforms. The Global SaaS Support Assistant Manager will troubleshoot complex issues and work with Product and Tax specialists to improve our SaaS solutions.

You will lead incident response, mentor Tier 2 staff, and build strong client relationships while ensuring high satisfaction and clear communication.
