Wabtec is seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to join our Mors Smitt division, based in Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire. This permanent, full-time role develops regional strategies, manages key OEM accounts, and leads the full sales process from lead generation to contract closure.

You will travel up to 30-40% as required, possess a degree in engineering, strong knowledge of relays and sensors, and be fluent in English with excellent communication, negotiation, and CRM
