Job Description
Ripple is seeking a Director, Global SDR Operations to lead a distributed team of six SDRs across New York, London, Singapore, Dubai, São Paulo, and more. You will own prospecting motions, coaching, onboarding, and playbook optimisation while aligning with GTM leadership to drive pipeline and revenue.
You will partner with Growth Marketing to refine ICP, mentoring SDRs, and translating regional feedback into global processes to accelerate growth in crypto and FinTech markets.
