Global Senior User Research Leader - Banking & Strategy

Monzo is seeking a senior leader to head research across Core Banking and Personal Banking. You will guide strategic research that informs product roadmaps, partnering with the Leadership Team, Product Directors, Design leaders and senior stakeholders across wealth, payments, borrowing and European business.

You will shape Monzo’s global research operating model as we expand internationally, ensuring teams work effectively across both global and local markets and that insights inform leadership
