Global Share Schemes Consultant (12-Month FTC)

Aviva plc is seeking a Share Schemes Consultant (12-Month FTC) to join our UK team. This strategic role will manage UK and global employee share plans, support lifecycle events, and partner with third-party providers to ensure a seamless employee experience.

The ideal candidate will have issuer experience with SAYE/SIP or discretionary plans for a listed company, strong Excel skills, and excellent stakeholder communication. Immediate or short-notice start preferred.
