Global Software Counsel - Senior Sole Lawyer (UK)

Clifton Search's client is a highly acquisitive global organisation operating within the Software/Content/Media/Telco sector. We are seeking a UK-based Senior Sole Counsel to lead a newly acquired part of the group and report to the CEO, based in the UK.

The role is standalone and highly autonomous, requiring a hands-on approach across the business. You will work with colleagues and customers worldwide in a truly borderless capacity, with a focus on software/tech experience and senior leadership.
