Global Software Legal Lead, Senior Sole Counsel

Clifton Search is assisting a UK-based client in recruiting a Senior Sole Counsel for a standalone, highly autonomous role within a global software/telecoms environment. You will report to the internationally based CEO and lead legal across a newly acquired part of the group, collaborating with colleagues worldwide.

This position requires extensive software/tech sector experience, UK qualification, and a hands-on, flexible approach.
