Global Tax Reserves Lead

A&O Shearman in Belfast seeks a Tax Reserves Manager to join the Finance team. You will manage partner tax reserves, coordinate UK and international tax work, and drive improvements in reserving processes across territories.

You will support year-end tax calculations, disclosures, and equalisation, and lead efforts to implement tech solutions that increase efficiency. A strong accounting background and partnership tax experience are essential.
