Global Tech Portfolio VP: Strategy, Budgets & BCP

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Technology Portfolio Manager (VP) to support the Global Chief of Staff and business management for the RPE organization. The role interfaces with a 1,300-person global team, shaping strategy, managing budgets and headcount, and driving governance and operations across IST/FORT departments.

The ideal candidate will influence senior stakeholders, manage confidential information, and lead workforce and financial planning in a highly visible, cross-functional environment.
