Job Description
3Search is seeking a Global TikTok Shop, D2C & CRM Manager to drive performance across TikTok Shop, D2C eCommerce, and lifecycle marketing. You will lead revenue growth, optimise conversion, and maximise retention across multiple markets.
The role requires proven success in social commerce, strong D2C experience, and hands-on CRM/lifecycle marketing skills. You will work with cross-functional teams to execute global campaigns and trading calendars in a fast-paced environment.
