Global Workday HCM Lead - Configure & Optimize

Talentedge is seeking an experienced Workday specialist to lead configuration, optimisation and ongoing support of the Workday HCM platform. You will own configurations across Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Recruitment and Performance, driving improvements to workflows and user experience.

You will maintain job architecture and data integrity while partnering with HR, Finance and IT on integrations, payroll, and reporting.
