Goods In Operative Permanent, Doncaster DN9 £26,932.49 increasing to £28,288.65 on completion of probation Day shift Due to rural location own transport is essential A permanent opportunity for an experienced Goods in Operative has arisen with our client to assist in receiving all goods into site. Working in a fast-paced environment, the Goods in Operative will be involved in: Unloading, booking in, and taking delivery of goods using internal computer system Moving stock around, using lifting gear where needed; regular lifting/manual handling Checking deliveries against the delivery note, accurately recording damaged or missing items Safely storing goods in the warehouse Ensure stock is located in correct bin and report any missing products. Accuracy & attention to detail is essential, as well as this, the Goods in Operative will need: Experience in a similar role accepting deliveries and storing goods Good attention to detail, numeracy, and IT skills Good communication skills Enthusiastic, approachable, polite, and helpful manner FLT Reach or Counter balance is advantageous As well as a salary of £26,932.49 which increases to £28,288.65 on completion of probation, the Goods in Operative can expect: 29 days holiday increasing to 33 in 5 years. 7.30am-4.30pm Mon – Thurs and 7.30am to 4.00pm on Friday.
