Governance & Board Operations Lead

Somerset House Trust is seeking a Governance Manager to support the COO and Company Secretary, running board and committee preparation, governance processes, and timely delivery of projects. You will maintain the governance framework, manage risk and policy registers, and oversee Trustee administration, induction, and training, while coordinating with external advisors where needed.
