Governance & Company Secretarial Manager

EY’s Entity Compliance & Governance (ECG) team is seeking a Manager to lead a talented group of company secretaries. You will engage with senior stakeholders, deliver high‑quality guidance across jurisdictions and manage governance advisory projects for a variety of clients, including FTSE and private firms.

You’ll develop junior colleagues, coordinate complex projects, and contribute to thought leadership while working with EY offices worldwide to ensure best practice in corporate governance
