Governance Manager — Hybrid, Board & Compliance Lead

AWD online is seeking a Governance Manager to strengthen governance, compliance and board processes within a highly regulated environment. This is a full-time, permanent role offering hybrid working from home with limited attendance at the Ealing (W5) office. Salary £58,714–£61,500 plus benefits.

You will lead governance frameworks, support Board and Committee activities, manage regulatory filings and provide expert governance guidance to senior stakeholders. DBS check is required.
