GP Practice Mental Health Practitioner

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Primary Care Based Mental Health Practitioner (MHP) to join our GP network across Coastal PCN in West Norfolk. The role supports non-urgent mental health assessment and brief interventions for 16+ in primary care.

You will work embedded in GP practices as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering assessments and targeted interventions with a focus on early access and integrated care.
