The Opportunity:

• Graduate Academic Coach, Hereford
• Graduates with a 2:2 or above Hons degree required
• Aspiring teachers/educational psychologists/ SEN Teachers
• Secondary school – rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted
• Full-time roles – Monday - Friday
• Roles starting asap for the academic year 26/27
• £500- £530 per week - term time only

The successful graduate must:

• Be enthusiastic, confident and approachable
• Have strong subject knowledge within English Maths and Science (GCSE A* - C)
• Be able to work effectively as party of a large team
• Have strong communication and behaviour skills
• Be able to inspire and motivate children in the classroom
• Have high expectations and be committed to seeing all children reach their full potential
• Be able to deliver well structured lessons for small groups/1:1 sessions
• Be flexible and self-motivated

In this role, you will focus on managing students during class-based activities. Additionally, you will be required to work with small groups both inside and outside the classroom and lead 1:1 sessions. Furthermore, you will be required to assist the class teacher in preparing and setting up class activities. You will also be supporting SEND students.
