What they're looking for
- Exceptional academic record from Oxford, Cambridge or Imperial
- Degree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics, Engineering, AI or another quantitative discipline
- Strong programming ability in Python, C++, Rust, Java or similar
- Excellent AI/ML fundamentals and problem-solving ability
- Evidence of technical excellence through internships, hackathons or ambitious projects
- Exposure to LLMs, deep learning, agents or computer vision is a bonus
- Ambition, curiosity and a genuine drive to become an outstanding engineer
