Graduate Behaviour Support & Inclusion Assistant

Academics is recruiting a Behaviour Support Inclusion Assistant in Slough to support pupils with behavioural, social and emotional needs. This graduate opportunity offers hands-on classroom experience and a pathway into teaching or psychology.

You'll work 1:1 and in small groups, collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to help pupils regulate emotions, build relationships, and participate fully in lessons.
