You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to optimise building performance and deliver practical, low-carbon design solutions. • Working on live projects from the start in a variety of sectors from healthcare to education
• Work collaboratively on development of sustainable energy strategies for new build and existing buildings using dynamic thermal modelling
• Using Revit, AutoCAD and 3D BIM modelling software in design production
• Assess building performance and operational energy optimization
• Gain certification and aid compliance within Building Regulations across England, Scotland and Wales
• Participating in design team and client meetings
• Undertaking site visits or surveys
• Researching and implementing new technologies
• Assess a projects ability to achieve Net Zero and BREEAM targets
• Continuous CPD and learning opportunities
• Your typical work might include Part L assessments, Thermal comfort analysis (TM52/TM59), Operational Energy modelling (TM54) and Heating / Cooling load calculations.
