Graduate Business Analyst (Remote)

About the Role

Our client is seeking bright and analytical Graduate Business Analysts to join their team on a fully remote basis, supporting their operations based in Southampton . This role is ideal for individuals who are keen to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and contribute to process improvements and system implementations. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments, documenting processes, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders using interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and other documentation to represent business processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Assist in testing new systems and features to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools or methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
