Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze and model current business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the design and development of solutions to meet business needs.
- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during system implementation.
- Prepare reports and presentations on findings and recommendations.
Requirements
- A degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Visio.
