Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from various stakeholders through interviews and workshops.
• Analyse existing business processes and identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.

• Support the development and implementation of new systems and process changes.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users.

Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
