Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with various business units.
- Assist in the creation of process flows and system diagrams.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and the implementation of new systems or processes.
Requirements
- A degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a related analytical field.
- Strong understanding of business processes and systems thinking.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in documentation tools and techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders.
