About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and optimization of chemical processes under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Conduct experiments, collect data, and perform basic analysis to support process improvements.
• Prepare technical documentation, including reports, flow diagrams, and operating procedures.
• Support pilot plant operations and troubleshoot process deviations.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth implementation of process changes.
• Adhere to all site safety regulations and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering .
• Strong theoretical understanding of chemical engineering principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in an on-site industrial setting.
• Familiarity with process simulation software is a plus.
