About the Role

You will support senior engineers on diverse projects, contributing to process design, analysis, and operational improvements. This role is designed for ambitious individuals eager to learn, develop their skills, and understand the practical applications of chemical engineering principles in a real-world industrial context, with flexibility for remote participation in specific training modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in process design, development, and troubleshooting activities.
• Conduct literature reviews, data analysis, and experimental work under supervision.
• Support the preparation of technical reports, P&IDs, and process documentation.
• Participate in process safety reviews and hazard identification studies.
• Learn and apply various process simulation software and analytical tools.
• Engage in site visits and operational support as required, understanding plant dynamics.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering .
• Strong theoretical understanding of core chemical engineering principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; exposure to simulation software is a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to tasks.
