About the Role
Our client is seeking enthusiastic and environmentally conscious Graduate Environmental Consultants to join their growing team in Norwich . This role offers a significant opportunity for graduates to apply their environmental knowledge to practical challenges, assisting clients in navigating complex environmental regulations and achieving sustainability goals. You will contribute to site assessments, impact studies, and the development of environmental management plans. This is an office-based role requiring presence in Norwich to foster strong team cohesion and direct client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting environmental site assessments and audits.
- Contribute to the preparation of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and reports.
- Gather and analyse environmental data related to air, water, and soil quality.
- Support the development of remediation strategies and environmental management plans.
- Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and project stakeholders.
- Stay updated on environmental legislation, policies, and best practices.
Requirements
- A degree in Environmental Science, Geography, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Understanding of environmental principles, legislation, and assessment methodologies.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and presentations.
