Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support the development and maintenance of financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
• Conduct variance analysis, investigating discrepancies and providing explanations.
• Gather and analyze financial data to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and summaries of financial performance for management.
• Contribute to process improvements within the finance function.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and pursue professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
