About the Role
Our client is seeking enthusiastic and organised Graduate HR Assistants to join their Human Resources department. This role is perfect for individuals eager to begin a career in HR, offering exposure to various facets of employee lifecycle management, recruitment, and HR administration. You will support the HR team in delivering essential services to employees and managers. Although based in Norwich , this role is fully remote, allowing flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to a vital department. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
- Support HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records and processing new starter documentation.
- Help coordinate HR initiatives, training programs, and employee engagement activities.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
Requirements
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Understanding of basic HR principles and employment law is beneficial.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
