About the Role
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Graduate HR Assistant to join their human resources department in Norwich, Norfolk, UK . Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR information system (HRIS).
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as managing correspondence and scheduling meetings.
- Respond to basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Requirements
