This role provides a comprehensive introduction to the field of Human Resources, involving tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR administration. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth HR operations and contribute to a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR information system (HRIS).
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and payroll processes.
- Help organize HR-related events and training sessions.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Understanding of basic HR principles and practices.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
