Location: Maidenhead
Salary: £92.59 - £95 per day

Academics is partnering with a friendly, inclusive primary school in Maidenhead that are looking for motivated Graduate Inclusion Teaching Assistants to join their teams from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while supporting pupils with additional learning needs and building a strong foundation for a future career in teaching, educational psychology, speech and language therapy, or SEN support.
As a Graduate Inclusion Teaching Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping pupils reach their full potential by providing tailored support and contributing to an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and other education professionals to support individual learning plans
Adapt classroom activities to meet the varying needs of pupils
Encourage confidence, independence, and active participation in lessons
Promote pupils' emotional wellbeing, social development, and academic progress
Contribute to creating a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom cultureWe're Looking For:
A graduate with a genuine interest in education and supporting children with additional needs
A patient, caring, and adaptable individual
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job
