About the Role

Our client is looking for a diligent and motivated Graduate Junior Accountant to join their finance team in Oxford . This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to begin a professional accounting career, gaining hands-on experience in a supportive and dynamic financial environment. You will assist with various accounting functions, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and reconciliation, under the guidance of experienced accountants. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.

Requirements

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
• A solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
