Graduate Junior UX Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking creative and user-focused Graduate Junior UX Designers to join their fully remote product development team, coordinated from Reading . This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across digital products. You will work alongside senior designers, contributing to user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating virtually with a talented team dedicated to designing exceptional user interfaces and experiences that meet user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate user insights into effective design solutions.
• Participate in usability testing sessions and analyze feedback to iterate on designs.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.

Requirements

• A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with UX design principles, wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD), and prototyping techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate design decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced team environment.
