Graduate Learning Support Assistant — Classroom Impact

Academics is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a large primary school in Wokingham. The role involves supporting pupils across the school, in-class and in small group or 1:1 settings, starting in September.

You will work with the class teacher and SEN teams to adapt lessons, boost engagement and behaviour, and help create an inclusive learning environment. Graduates are welcome, with opportunities for professional development.
