A fantastic primary school in Chesham, Buckinghamshire is looking to expand its Learning Support Team and is seeking enthusiastic Graduate Learning Support Assistants to join the school immediately or from October half term.

The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Support class teachers with tailored learning activities and interventions Help pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally Build positive relationships with pupils and encourage confidence and independence Work alongside experienced teachers and support staffPosition Details
Role: Graduate Learning Support Assistant Location: Chesham, Buckinghamshire Start Date: Immediate / October Half Term Contract: Long-term, full-time Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm Working Pattern: Term-time only Pay: £445-£500 per week Transport: Good transport links and on-site parking available Progression: Potential pathway into teacher training through the School Direct programme after one academic yearWhat the School Offers

The school is looking for graduates who:
Hold a degree in any subject Have at least Grade C / Grade 5 in GCSE English and Maths Are passionate about working with children and making a positive impact Are caring, patient and resilient Have a willingness to learn and develop Are considering a long-term career in education, teaching or child developmentPrevious experience working with children is beneficial but not essential. Most importantly, the school is looking for enthusiastic, committed graduates who are keen to make a difference.
