Graduate Learning Support Mentor for SEN & Mainstream

Milk Education is seeking a Graduate Learning Support Assistant to work across mainstream and SEN schools in Newbury, supporting pupils aged 5–16. You will mentor and guide students, helping them regulate emotions and build resilience in challenging situations.

You will use restorative approaches, deliver targeted support in small groups (4–12) and contribute to safeguarding. Training provided to develop skills for roles in Youth Justice or Social Care.
