• Recently completed a degree or be graduating soon
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional and confident approach
• An interest in management, marketing and business development
• The ability to take initiative and work independently
• A willingness to learn, adapt and take on responsibility
• Leadership experience through work, university, sport, societies or other environments is advantageous
