The Company

As a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer, you'll join a growing business and gain hands-on experience supporting production, manufacturing processes and continuous improvement activities.

Role and Responsibilities
As a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting composite manufacturing processes and day-to-day production activities Assisting with investigations into manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actions Developing and updating work instructions, process documentation and manufacturing records Designing and modifying jigs, fixtures, trim tools and manufacturing aids using CAD software Working closely with production teams to improve quality, efficiency, repeatability and workflow
This Graduate Manufacturing Engineer role offers broad exposure to manufacturing engineering, process improvement, tooling design and production support.
Key Requirements
To be considered for this Graduate Manufacturing Engineer role, you will need:
A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Motorsport Engineering, Automotive Engineering or Aerospace Engineering An interest in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement CAD experience gained through university projects or placements Placement, project or industry experience within manufacturing would be advantageous.
