Are you aspiring operations administrator who is looking for an exciting opportunity to step into the engineering sector, who is also looking to join a growing company that offers comprehensive training and will support your career progression?

The company is a specialist in building materials, supplying innovative products, systems and services to the building facades sector. Some of their most notable projects have been Oxford Street (Swansea), Co-op academy (Stoke-on-Trent) and Graphite square (London). Since launching the company has built a large client base with its collaborative approach and high-quality project delivery.

The successful candidate will be learning to provide administrative support to the purchasing and logistics team and learning to use CRM systems to produce and manage purchasing reports.

This role would suit an aspiring operations administrator who is looking to step into a position that will train you to become self sufficient and a key member of the team.

The Role:

• Learning to provide administrative support to the purchasing and logistics teams
• Investigate deliveries, obtain PODs and follow up outstanding shipments
• Support logistics KPI reporting, route planning and vehicle compliance
• Monday - Friday (8:30 - 17:00)

The Person:

• Graduate in Business Administration / similar fields
