Key Responsibilities

• Analyse operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Collaborate with department heads to understand operational challenges and provide analytical support.

Requirements

• A recent graduate with a degree in Business, Operations Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualisation tools is a plus.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
