Graduate Pastoral Mentor - Student Wellbeing & Attendance

KPI Education is recruiting a Graduate Pastoral Teaching Assistant for a London secondary school from September. The role centers on mentoring, engagement and behaviour, with academic support as a component.

You will work within pastoral and inclusion teams to help pupils overcome barriers to learning. Ideal candidates are graduates with emotional intelligence and strong communication skills, eager to gain experience in teaching, psychology, youth work or related fields.
