Graduate Town Planner — Colchester

Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience

Our client, a growing multi-disciplinary consultancy, is looking to expand their team by appointing an enthusiastic Graduate Town Planner to work from their Colchester-based offices. The team currently delivers a range of projects within the housing, mixed-use, commercial and rural sectors.

Qualifications

• BSc / MSc (or equivalent) in a RTPI-accredited degree (or equivalent).
• Some experience of working within the planning sector, either with a private consultancy or local authority, is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior staff with the preparation of planning applications, appeals and design and access statements.
