Graduate Process Engineer – Clean Energy & Decarbonisation

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. in Redditch invites ambitious graduates to join our 2027 Graduate Programme as a Graduate Process Engineer.

You will balance technical learning with practical project delivery in our Waste & Generation team within Energy & Resources, working across dynamic energy projects. The role offers hands-on design work, exposure to anaerobic digestion, biogas, hydrogen, and carbon capture, and a pathway to Chartered Chemical Engineer status (MIChemE).
